Resurs Bank and other payment plans

Please note: Payment plan services work only with finnish SSN. We are developing payment plans for our international customers in 2026.

Our webshop already offers a wide range of payment methods, including all major cards, online banking, PayPal, MobilePay, as well as several popular invoice and installment payment options.

One of the most popular payment methods today is the Resurs Bank service account, which is essentially a €2,000–€6,000 credit limit. Within this limit, you can freely purchase all products and services from Futurez, as well as from our ECU Helsinki location.

With a Resurs Bank account, you have access to, among other things, a 12-month interest-free campaign, as well as longer installment options when needed.

How do I use the Resurs Bank service account?

We can open it for you through our customer service, or you can simply send a text message with the word HUOLTO to 18 311 to open your Resurs account.

In the application, you will be asked for the maximum credit limit you are applying for. This is the maximum amount you can use — for example, even with a €2,000 limit, you can of course make a purchase of just €100 if needed.

After that, place your order either through our customer service or directly online by selecting the payment method “OTHER INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS” in the cart. In the order notes, mention that you have already opened a Resurs account — our staff will then contact you and send a confirmation link for your order.

This example is calculated based on a 12-month payment option. A credit fee of 0.28% per month of the agreed credit limit (maximum €12.50/month) is charged via monthly invoice.
The account is a revolving credit facility with a minimum credit limit of €2,000.
Depending on usage, the effective annual interest rate may be higher or lower.
The example calculation applies to accounts opened on or after 4 March 2024.
The campaign is also valid for older accounts.
