Updated Competition Gen.2 Intercooler Kit for VAG models equipped with the 2.0 T(F)SI engine from the 1st and 2nd generation.

This Competition Intercooler boasts a core size of 610mm x 440mm x 65mm, which means it has a 10% larger frontal area and 50% more volume than the stock Audi S3 intercooler. The WAGNERTUNING competition core is designed for high cooling performance while being lightweight at just 9.2 kg. With CAD optimization, the new high-speed core and cast aluminum end tanks ensure excellent cooling properties. Flow analyses and simulations have been conducted to fine-tune the design for optimal internal airflow. This intercooler is your go-to choice for performance enhancements and maintaining low intake temperatures, with significantly less pressure drop compared to the OEM intercooler. It features an anti-corrosion protective coating that effectively dissipates heat, resulting in optimal cooling and increased power. The kit is ready for installation and fits perfectly, making it a breeze to replace the OEM intercooler. All products undergo strict quality control and come with a TÜV certificate.

Gen.2 new features:

• CNC machined hose connection for maximum pressure stability.
• Internal air guide inside the end tank for uniform air distribution.
