BMW among the others make their OEM chargepipes from plastic, which does it’s job in stock vehicle decently. However, even with mild tune the situation changes.

• Mechanical wear and tear can weaken the material, leading to cracks in joints and angles by time
• Higher boost pressure causes excessive load for the material, often ending up in cracked seams or joints
• Chargepipe failure typically leaves your car undriveable, and can cause an expensive failure for turbochargers or engine

Aluminum chargepipe offers a simple fix for this. Pipe can handle any boost level the engine is capable to run at, and pipes come with handy bungs for pressure sensors, switches or water/methanol injection.

FTP pipes are manufactured to match OEM fittings, easy bolt-on fitment without modifications or struggling.
