Control module for the in-tank fuel pump in the 2.0L TSI EA888 Gen 3 engines. Modified stronger version to replace a faulty stock unit.
Often after you have installed a brand new fuel pump to your VAG MQB, it can happen that it doesn’t perform as expected. The control unit also wears down with time, and the output can become compromised or in worst cases the module can switch off sporadically while driving.
It’s a good measure to replace this module at the same time when you are upgrading the LPFP.
