Tomei Reinforced Timing Belt – Mitsubishi 4G63 (Evo I–IX / DSM)

Tomei’s reinforced timing belt is engineered for the high demands of modified and performance-built 4G63 engines. Where OEM belts may stretch or fail under increased load, heat or RPM, the Tomei belt offers significantly improved strength, heat resistance and long-term durability – an essential upgrade for tuned Evo and DSM applications.

The belt is manufactured from a fiber-reinforced rubber compound with a low-friction outer layer to reduce noise and wear. Inside, high-tensile glass fiber cords provide excellent resistance to stretch, ensuring reliable cam and crank timing even at high boost or elevated RPM. The signature blue crack-resistant top layer further extends belt life and maintains stable performance over time.
