F* Essentials – MQB Dogbone Mount Insert (Torque Arm Insert)

The F* Essentials MQB dogbone mount insert is a simple and effective drivetrain upgrade for VAG MQB-platform vehicles. As engine output increases, the factory dogbone mount quickly becomes a limiting factor due to large voids in the original rubber design, allowing excessive engine and transmission movement under load.

This precision-machined aluminum insert fills the voids in the factory dogbone mount, significantly reducing unwanted drivetrain movement without negatively affecting ride comfort. The result is improved power transfer, sharper shift feel and a more connected driving experience, especially in tuned vehicles.
