Upgraded steel oil pan is significantly stronger and more durable than the plastic OEM oil pans found on the 2.0L TSI EA888 engines. Prevent the notorious oil pan fracture that can happen in a case of ground contact or a stone or other particle hitting your oil pan while driving.

Steel oil pan typically bends and dents during such event, unlike plastic (or aluminium) pans that are more prone to crack and break down.  Easy, simple upgrade to improve the reliability of your tuned engine!

INSTALLATION
please note, gasket surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned before fitting. Use the included sealant, and let to dry for at least 24hours before filling oil inside the engine.
