Active Autowerke GESi G-Sport Catted Downpipes — BMW M5 F90 (S63TU)

Stainless-steel downpipes with integrated GESi G-Sport Ultra High Output (UHO) catalytic converters for the S63TU platform.

Engine / platform: BMW M5 F90 (S63TU)

• Material: 304 stainless steel. TIG-welded.
• Piping: 4.5" diameter. Factory-matched 3.5" V-band inlet. Lower section included.
• Catalyst: GESi G-Sport UHO. 400 CPSI metallic substrate. EPA registered (49-state) and OBD2 compliant (not CARB).
• Performance rating: ~500–850 hp per bank. Withstands up to 1500°F. Reaches operating efficiency in ~9 s.
• Installation: Bolt-on. No cutting or welding. Accepts OEM O2 sensor heat shield.
• Appearance: Allows use of OEM heat shield for stock-like engine bay.

Notes:

• Designed for the slip-on type downpipe/midpipe connection. Not compatible with later models that have a V-Band clamp connection at the end of the downpipe.
• Designed for NON-OPF models. Supplied without pressure pipe connections. For OPF models, the pressure pipe connection can be modified DIY or OPF fault codes managed manually.
