Wrong PCD bolt pattern? Close but not quite? The eccentric bolt manufactured by JR is such a clever tool for fitting your custom wheels when you have to use a rim with a slightly different bolt pattern than the one on your car. The maximum correction these bolts enable is +/- 2 mm in either direction, for instance:

• For example, installing a 5×108 rim on a 5×110 split or vice versa
• For example, installing a 5×114.3 rim on a 5×112 split or vice versa
• Other +/- 2mm fitting with 12mm bolt with 1.5 pitch (See also, eccentric wheel bolt with M12x1.25 pitch)

We recommend that it is always most optimal to use a rim with suitable dimensions and bolt pattern to match your car. However, sometimes there might be a need for a bit of magic to have your favourite wheels fitted. The set comes with 20 wheel bolts and the key tool. The bolts are manufactured with great accuracy, consisting of a separate rubber O-ring between the adapter cone to give supportive friction for even tightening.

What to consider when installing eccentric bolts

• Thread length is standard 27mm. Always check the suitability of the thread in your car.
• Install the bolts with care and cleanliness, dirt between the mechanism can interfere with their function while installing
• Stem diameter 20 mm. Required diameter for bolt hole is 24mm to benefit from the maximum 2mm adjustment range.

We recommend max. 110Nm of torque, always tighten the eccentric bolt by hand and use the appropriate torque wrench. Tightening the bolt with a bolt gun does not work optimally!
