Our focus is on selling BC Coilovers primarily in Finland, where we operate. For Finnish customers, we provide full documentation for road registration. Therefore, for international customers outside Finland, we are unable to offer or supply TUV, E-cert, or similar documentation beyond the general quality certificates provided by BC Racing manufacturer.

NOTE: All coilovers are designed for 2WD models with standard suspension unless otherwise specified.
Front or rear struts, spare parts, and even custom setups are available – just ask!

In models with OEM EDC electronic suspension, air suspension, or similar, an electrical disconnection may be required to avoid fault codes. Depending on the car, this can be done via coding or using a separate delete kit – contact us for advice.

Construction

BC Racing coilovers use a monotube damper housed in a lightweight aluminum body.
The shock shafts are black chrome steel to resist seizing, and steel lower brackets are powder-coated for durability.
Each coilover is car-specific, factory-matched, and measured before packing – not a universal solution.

Serviceability & Custom Options

We offer nearly all parts as spares – including different spring lengths and rates to suit your needs.

Model Series

BC Racing offers a wide range of series – from the popular BR street coilovers to motorsport-spec kits with external reservoirs.
Fully customized kits are available, including spring rate selection and setup modifications.

Installation

These coilovers are installable by skilled DIYers in a home garage.
Professional installation is also available – especially convenient for customers near our ECU Helsinki location in Vantaa.

Adjustability

• Proper height adjustment via damper body – not just preload.
• Separate preload adjustment allows setting corner weights independently from ride height.
• Damping force adjustable in 30 steps – some kits offer 1, 2, or 3-way adjustability depending on the model.
• Camber adjustment is available on some models (Camber/Caster plates also sold separately).

Top Mount Type

Depending on the model, BC coilovers use either rubber-dampened fixed top mounts or pillowball top mounts with camber adjustment.
NOTE: Some models may reuse OEM top mounts – check the product details for your specific car.

Spring Type

Spring specs are listed as: Diameter / Length / Rate (kg)
You can view the default specs in the product details.
If you want different spring rates, leave a note at checkout or contact us for advice – we generally recommend sticking to the default rates.

Legal Registration and Certification Documents

BC coilovers are eligible for official inspection and approval in Finland, with documentation we provide with the kit.

Important: Please note, our focus is on selling BC Coilovers mainly in Finland where we operate.
Therefore, we can’t offer TUV, E or similar documentation for legal road use for our international customers for this product.

Warranty

BC Racing coilovers include a 2-year warranty.
Finnish customers can upgrade their product with our F* Extended Warranty – ask for more info.
