With core dimensions of 510mm x 345mm x 180mm (stepped 23.56L), it boasts a 165% larger flow area and an incredible 223% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. The high-quality Competition core, featuring internal turbulators, ensures optimal cooling performance. Despite its size, the intercooler is lightweight at just 13.8 kg, showcasing its efficient design. The cast aluminum end tanks have been optimized using CFD flow analysis to provide excellent cooling with minimal backpressure.

Our EVO3 kit replaces the original click connections and increases the connection diameters to Ø65mm at the inlet and Ø76mm at the outlet. It also includes reinforced silicone tubing and an aluminum charge air tube in Ø76mm, resulting in unmatched cooling performance and a significant power boost.

Each intercooler is coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion layer, ensuring protection against the elements while maintaining excellent heat conduction properties for long-lasting performance. The kit comes complete and is ready for installation, with a modified crossmember for easy replacement of stock parts. Note that due to its size, minor adjustments to the radiator support may be necessary.

Tested under extreme conditions, our intercooler is pressure stable up to 6 bar. We maintain strict quality control to ensure reliability, making this intercooler the perfect choice for racing and performance upgrades.
