Wagner Evo 3 Intercooler Kit, Audi RS3 8V

COMPETITION INTERCOOLER EVO 3 AUDI RS3 8V is now available with a TÜV certificate and comes in two different intercooler core options.

Compatible with:

• Audi RS3 8V Sportback 270KW/367PS (04/2015 – 04/2016)
• Audi RS3 8V Sportback/Sedan 294KW/400PS (08/2017+)

Important note: For power applications up to 600HP, we recommend the standard version, while the X-version is ideal for those pushing above 600HP.

This high-performance intercooler boasts impressive core dimensions of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (16.5L / 14.45Inch x 3.74Inch = 1006.9Inch³), providing an 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. Our engineers have optimized the intercooler core size and efficiency, enhancing the end tank design to eliminate OEM bottlenecks, which results in improved flow and charge cooling properties.

Utilizing our award-winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core, this intercooler is crafted from top-quality tube and fin materials, featuring internal turbulators and cast aluminum end tanks that are optimized using CFD for superior airflow. Additional air guides ensure uniform filling of the intercooler, leading to excellent cooling performance with minimal pressure drop. This kit is perfect for racing enthusiasts!

The intercooler and crossmember form a robust unit, weighing only 14.3 kg, and it mounts easily to the original points for a straightforward 1:1 exchange. Expect optimal cooling of the charged air and a noticeable boost in performance with 68mm (2.67Inch) in- and outlets.

OEM intercooler:

• Charge-air volume: 8.2L (500.4Inch³)

WT EVO 3 Competition:

• Cooling surface: 1890cm² (293Inch²)
• Charge-air volume: 16.5L (1006.9Inch³)
