This 2.0L TFSI EA113 drilling template is designed for installing RS3 and TTRS style injectors on cylinder heads that do not have the required offset clearance. On EA113 engines the RS3 injector needs additional space in the head, otherwise the electrical plug can collide with the cylinder head and the injector will not sit deep enough in the combustion chamber.

What does it do

On the EA113 2.0 TFSI cylinder head there is no factory clearance for the RS3 style injector offset. Without this modification, the injector plug can hit the cylinder head and the injector cannot be positioned deep enough into the combustion chamber. This drilling template mounts directly onto the TFSI head, allowing you to drill the required hole precisely in the correct location.

Installation note

• Mount the drilling template on the TFSI cylinder head
• Drill using an 8 mm drill bit
• Recommended drilling depth approx. 5 to 7 mm

Professional installation is recommended. Cylinder head machining and drilling is done at your own risk. Always verify correct orientation as on the RS3 cylinder head.
