Sachs Performance clutch and flywheel kit – for tuned Audi S3 8P and VW Golf MK6 R (EA113)
The Sachs Performance clutch kit with flywheel is designed to withstand clearly higher torque and thermal load than original components, while maintaining excellent drivability for both street and track use. This kit is intended for tuned or heavily used EA113 engines where OEM level drivability is required together with significantly higher load capacity.
NOTE: This is a SACHS RACING series clutch kit. This must not be confused with aftermarket Xtend or standard replacement kits. We always supply this package with a genuine SACHS flywheel. We also recommend replacing the release bearing whenever the clutch is replaced.

Notes about solid flywheel
When replacing the original dual mass flywheel with a more durable single mass flywheel, it is normal to hear a light mechanical rattle at idle. This is not dangerous and does not affect durability. The sound is caused by component resonance when the engine is idling without load and usually disappears as soon as throttle is applied or the car starts moving. In some cases, a slight increase in idle RPM may also help reduce the noise. The noise is typically very mild.
