Upgrade Fuel Pressure Relief Valve – 2.0 TFSI Engines
Upgrade pressure relief valve for all 2.0 TFSI engines producing more than 300 hp. A crucial component to ensure stable and reliable fuel pressure in high-performance applications.
The fuel supply system in the 2.0 TFSI engine consists of two circuits: the low-pressure system (fuel pump in the tank) operating at approximately 3–5 bar, and the high-pressure system driven by the mechanical fuel pump on the engine, which works at 50–130 bar under normal conditions.
From an engine output of around 300 hp and above, the standard high-pressure pump should be upgraded to a higher-flow version – and this upgrade valve must be installed together with it to prevent pressure fluctuations.
This valve regulates the connection between the high- and low-pressure circuits and is absolutely essential to maintain consistent high fuel pressure under increased engine loads.
- Working pressure: up to 145 bar
- Recommended for Stage 2+ and Stage 3 setups
- Direct fit for 2.0 TFSI EA113 engines
