The Precision Raceworks E9x / E8x bucketed LPFP kits are the first stop on your journey to high power build. Depending on the stage you choose, these kits are based on genuine Walbro 450 (F90000274), Walbro 525 (F90000285), or Walbro 535 (F90000295) fuel pump(s) capable of flowing up to 350% more fuel than the factory fuel pump. All of these options are 100% E85 compliant.

PR pump kit comes in various stages to meet your power goals. For most builds the Stage 2.5 or 3 are the popular choices, but from this selection there’s something for every sort of project:

 

Stage 2 (2.6 liters per minute)

• Single Walbro 450 (F90000274) fuel pump
• Support up to 575whp (Rated for 500whp on 100% E85) and thanks to the modular design, ready to grow with you if needed. You can purchase the stage 3 or 3.5 module and upgrade if needed.

Stage 2.5 v2 (3.9 liters per minute)

• Single Walbro 535 (F90000295) fuel pump
• Support up to 650whp (Rated for 550whp on 100% E85) and ready to grow with you as your needs demand, modular bucket design.

Stage 3 (5.65 liters per minute)

• Dual pump design, 2x Walbro 450 (F90000274) fuel pumps
• Support up to 1000whp* (Rated for 875whp on 100% E85) and ready to grow with you as your needs demand
• Comes with a hobb switch that activates the 2ndary pump on boost, harness and accessories included

Stage 3.5 (6.4 liters per minute)

• Dual pump design, Walbro 450 (F90000274) + Walbro 525 (F90000285)
• Support up to 1,100whp* (Rated for 950whp on 100% E85) and ready to grow with you as your needs demand
• Comes with a hobb switch that activates the 2ndary pump on boost, harness and accessories included

Stage 3.75 v2 (7.3 liters per minute)

• Dual pump design, Walbro 535 (F90000295) + Walbro 525 (F90000285) secondary pump
• Support up to 1,150whp* (Rated for 975whp on 100% E85) and ready to grow with you as your needs demand
• Comes with a hobb switch that activates the 2ndary pump on boost, harness and accessories included

Stage 4 (over 8 liters per minute)

• Stage 4 bucketed/bucketless hybrid fuel pump assembly boasts 2x Walbro 450 (F90000274) fuel pumps in the bucket and 1x Walbro 450 (F90000274) fuel pump outside the bucket. 3 pumps!
• Support OVER 1,300whp* (Rated for 1150whp on 100% E85) making it capable of handling basically anything you can throw at it

 

About bucketed vs. bucketless design

While bucketless fuel pumps can flow a bit more than a bucket design that retains the venturi, it comes at a cost. Bucketless pumps should not be driven on tanks lower than ¼ full and should not be used for road course racing.

This is not a disadvantage of only bucketless designs but also a disadvantage for any bucket design which deletes the venturi.

 

*To reach the advertised ability of these fuel pumps use of the Precision Raceworks in tank filter regulator assembly is required.
