Ultra Racing 4-point front lower brace for Renault CLIO IV RS 1.2T

Ultra Racing’s 4-point front lower brace stiffens the Renault CLIO IV RS 1.2T chassis from underneath by reinforcing key chassis and subframe mounting areas. The aim is to reduce chassis twisting under load so the suspension can work from a more stable platform.

Ultra Racing specialises in chassis and suspension bracing, with a range covering upper, lower and mid braces, fender braces and anti-roll bars. The idea is to reinforce strategic areas of the chassis without major structural modification. Ultra Racing states that its brace brackets use 4–5 mm steel plate, while its hollow steel tubes are typically 1.2–1.6 mm thick.

This is a simple, effective chassis mod for the Renault CLIO IV RS 1.2T when you want a little more rigidity without replacing the actual suspension components. It also works nicely alongside other handling upgrades.
