This intercooler boasts impressive core dimensions of 580 mm x 437 mm x 56 mm (14,193 cc), providing a whopping 226% larger flow area and an astonishing 246% increase in charge air volume compared to the OEM intercooler. This upgrade not only boosts power but also enhances your engine’s cooling capacity.

The high-performance core (Tube Fin) ensures excellent cooling efficiency while allowing sufficient airflow to adjacent components, like the radiator. Despite its remarkable performance, this intercooler is lightweight, weighing in at just 7.6 kg. The cast aluminum end tanks are designed using CAD and optimized with CFD simulations to maximize internal airflow.

An integrated air guide in the end tank ensures even filling of the Competition’s high-performance intercooler core. The intercooler’s inlet and outlet ports have been extended to Ø65 mm, which is why this kit includes reinforced silicone hoses. The result is an intercooler with significantly lower back pressure compared to the OEM model.

All of our intercoolers come with a corrosion-resistant coating that not only protects against environmental effects but also has excellent thermal conductivity properties. This ensures consistent and optimal cooling, leading to a notable increase in performance.
