The cast aluminum end boxes of this intercooler were developed using state-of-the-art CAD technology and optimized through CFD simulations for optimal internal airflow. Integrated air routing in the end box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance mesh and maximizes cooling performance. The connection diameters were on Ø67 mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. With Wagner intercooler you will not only experience improved cooling, but also a significantly reduced back pressure compared to the stock cooler.
