Our powerful intercooler boasts impressive dimensions of 630 mm x 137 mm x 135 mm + 630 mm x 43 mm x 100 mm (stepped core: 14.36 liters), offering a 24% larger intake area and an astonishing 69% larger core volume compared to the stock intercooler. This ensures optimal cooling of the charged air, significantly boosting power.

The end tanks, made from cast aluminum, are developed using the latest CAD technology and optimized through CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. Additionally, our high-performance Competition core, combined with a custom air guide, ensures that adjacent components, such as the water radiator, receive sufficient airflow. This kit is therefore a perfect choice for racing.

Wagner Tuning intercoolers feature a high-quality corrosion-resistant coating that provides excellent thermal conductivity and protects the radiator from environmental effects. This guarantees durable and optimal cooling performance, so you always get maximum output. Installation is straightforward using the original mounting points, and thanks to the plug and play principle, it’s hassle-free.
