VRSF Charge Pipe for BMW E8X / E9X N54 – 335d Relocate version

The VRSF aluminium charge pipe replaces the original BMW plastic pipe, which can crack under increased boost pressure and heat, particularly on tuned cars. The stronger pipe improves reliability and helps prevent boost leaks.

This special version is designed for N54-powered cars with turbo inlet pipes relocated to the front of the engine and the original coolant expansion tank replaced by the BMW 335d tank. The charge pipe is shaped to provide the required clearance for the relocated inlets and coolant tank.

Three-inch aluminium pipe with a CNC-machined flange

The black powder-coated three-inch aluminium pipe retains its throttle-body-matched diameter up to the CNC-machined billet aluminium flange. It connects to the throttle body using the original BMW C-clip and O-ring for a secure OEM-style seal.

This version is supplied exclusively with a fixed TiAL-style blow-off valve flange. Caps are included for the original diverter valve recirculation ports.

The pipe also has two plugged 1/8″ NPT ports for applications such as water-methanol injection. The required silicone couplers and hose clamps are included.

Please note: This product only fits cars equipped with relocated turbo inlet pipes and a BMW 335d-style coolant expansion tank. Check the vehicle configuration before ordering.

Recommendation: Inspect the throttle body O-ring and C-clip during installation and replace any worn components.
