Eventuri carbon fibre intake for Mercedes-AMG C63 / C63S W205

Eventuri’s sealed carbon intake is engineered for the intense heat load of the M177 V8 twin-turbo. It replaces the factory airboxes with freer-flowing housings without leaving the filters exposed to hot engine-bay air.

Design and performance

Temperatures rise quickly around the turbochargers, making a sealed design especially important on this engine. Eventuri carried out dyno testing with the bonnet closed to better represent real road conditions.

Measured results

Eventuri reports gains of approximately 10–12 hp and 12–15 ft-lb on a stock C63S. On a Stage 2 vehicle, measured gains were approximately 22–30 hp and 20–24 ft-lb.
