The Integrated Engineering Carbon Cold Air Intake System unlocks the full potential of the twin-turbocharged 4.0T V8 found in the Audi C7 and C7.5 S6 and S7. Developed through extensive 3D scanning, flow bench testing, chassis dyno validation, and real-world track testing, the system delivers measurable improvements in airflow, performance, and induction sound.

The high-gloss carbon fiber construction, integrated velocity stack, and large 5.5-inch high-flow air filter eliminate the airflow restrictions of the factory intake while supporting ECU tuning and larger turbocharger upgrades.

Technical Information

The large-volume carbon fiber airbox, integrated velocity stack, and dual air inlet design maximize airflow while shielding the intake charge from engine bay heat. The lightweight carbon fiber construction allows complex internal geometry that optimizes airflow without sacrificing fitment.

Performance

Flow bench testing recorded airflow gains of up to 23.5% over the factory intake system. Dyno testing demonstrated substantial horsepower and torque gains above 5000 RPM, where the factory intake becomes restrictive. On tuned vehicles, the intake is capable of delivering gains of up to 40 horsepower while dramatically enhancing the characteristic V8 and turbocharger sound.

Installation

The complete kit includes the carbon fiber airbox, 5.5-inch air filter, carbon inlet pipe, aluminum bottom plate, silicone couplers, stainless hardware, and all required mounting components. Installation is completely bolt-on with no permanent modifications.
