The Integrated Engineering Carbon Cold Air Intake System has been engineered with one goal in mind: maximum performance for the Audi C8 RS6 and RS7 4.0T. Extensive CFD airflow analysis, flow optimization, and real-world testing have resulted in a complete carbon fiber intake system capable of delivering massive airflow improvements and gains of up to 60-70 WHP on tuned vehicles.

The multi-piece carbon fiber construction maximizes every available millimeter within the factory engine bay, providing substantially greater internal volume, optimized airflow paths, and unrestricted air supply for Stage 2 and hybrid turbo applications.

Technical Information

The full carbon fiber airbox maximizes internal volume while allowing highly optimized airflow geometry that would be impossible with conventional materials. CFD analysis was used to refine every internal angle, reducing turbulence, increasing airflow inertia, and improving turbo response throughout the RPM range. Dual air inlets continuously feed cool ambient air from both high- and low-pressure zones.

Performance

The intake delivers up to 60% greater airflow over the factory system. When combined with optional IE Turbo Inlet Pipes, total airflow increases by as much as 88.46%. On tuned vehicles, the system is capable of producing gains of up to 60-70 wheel horsepower while improving spool characteristics, reducing turbo lag, and unleashing the signature sound of Audi’s twin-turbocharged V8.

Installation

The intake installs directly using factory mounting locations without permanent modifications. Optional IE Turbo Inlet Pipes are not required for installation but provide the highest possible airflow and performance.

Notes

IE Turbo Inlet Pipes are sold separately. Stock turbo adapter rings are included with the IE Turbo Inlet kit. The system is designed to support both factory and compatible hybrid turbocharger upgrades.
