The Integrated Engineering POLY Cold Air Intake System delivers increased airflow, improved turbocharger efficiency, and enhanced induction sound for the Audi B9 and B9.5 A4 and A5 2.0T. Its premium rotomolded polymer airbox combines excellent heat resistance, large internal volume, and motorsport-inspired airflow optimization.

Featuring a massive 5-inch air filter, an integrated velocity stack, and a dual-pressure intake design, the system supports ECU tuning and performance upgrades while providing gains of up to 10–20 HP on tuned vehicles.

Technical Information

The airbox is manufactured using a premium rotational molding process that creates a seamless housing with consistent wall thickness and outstanding heat resistance. An integrated velocity stack provides a smooth transition from the large air filter into the turbocharger, minimizing turbulence and maximizing laminar airflow.

Performance

Flow bench testing recorded airflow improvements of up to 70 CFM over the factory intake system. The large 5-inch filter, increased internal air volume, and dual-pressure intake design improve turbocharger efficiency and support power gains of up to 10–20 HP on properly tuned vehicles.

Installation

The system installs directly using factory mounting locations without permanent modifications. Extensive 3D scanning and application-specific engineering ensure factory-like fitment and straightforward installation.

Notes

This intake system is not compatible with ROW (Rest of World) vehicles equipped with a factory MAF sensor. Please verify your vehicle configuration before ordering.
