The F* Race Essentials valve cover is a reinforced aluminium replacement for the original plastic valve cover used on BMW N55 engines. Its durable metal construction withstands heat and ageing better than the plastic component and is suitable for both standard and modified engines.

Over time and through repeated heat cycles, the original plastic valve cover can become brittle, distort or develop oil leaks. The aluminium cover provides a longer-lasting solution and installs in place of the original part.
