Akrapovič develops materials, structure and sound as one complete system. Months of development refine both performance and the sound character until everything is in tune. These catalyst-free stainless-steel downpipes were developed with Akrapovič’s titanium Evolution Line. They are intended for a track-focused configuration, with weight reduction, tuning potential and racing sound as development goals.

Akrapovič designed the sound to avoid unwanted cabin noise. This product contains the downpipes. The compatible Akrapovič exhaust configuration is purchased separately.

Fitment and points to consider

The manufacturer lists BMW M2 Competition / CS F87N and M3 F80 and M4 F82/F83 configurations, including the stated M3/M4 CS and GTS versions. The accompanying exhaust configuration must match the manufacturer’s fitment information for the car. ECU remapping is mandatory, including to prevent potential check-engine warnings. For closed-course use only. It does not meet road-emission requirements.

Installation and setup

We recommend having your Akrapovič exhaust installed by an authorised Akrapovič dealer. Appropriate test equipment and software help verify correct exhaust operation, valve control and settings after installation.
