Ultra Racing 2-point rear lower brace for SSANG YONG REXTON 1 (Y200)

Ultra Racing’s 2-point rear lower brace stiffens the SSANG YONG REXTON 1 (Y200) chassis from underneath by reinforcing key chassis and subframe mounting areas. The aim is to reduce chassis twisting under load so the suspension can work from a more stable platform.

Ultra Racing specialises in chassis and suspension bracing, with a range covering upper, lower and mid braces, fender braces and anti-roll bars. The idea is to reinforce strategic areas of the chassis without major structural modification. Ultra Racing states that its brace brackets use 4–5 mm steel plate, while its hollow steel tubes are typically 1.2–1.6 mm thick.

This is a simple, effective chassis mod for the SSANG YONG REXTON 1 (Y200) when you want a little more rigidity without replacing the actual suspension components. It also works nicely alongside other handling upgrades.
