034Motorsport’s aluminum PCV check valve is a simple, elegant, and highly durable replacement for the problematic factory Audi/Volkswagen plastic check valve (035 103 245A).

The 034Motorsport check valve is a high-quality spring-loaded ball-type valve designed for easy bolt-on installation in a wide range of applications, including Audi AAN I5 20VT, Audi/Seat/Volkswagen 1.8T, and Audi 2.7T engines. The valve features a CNC-machined aluminum housing with a stainless steel ball and spring.

The valve can also be used in universal installations where pressure needs to be prevented from entering a specific hose or chamber. The pressure side features a 1/2″ hose connection, while the vacuum side has a 1″ outside diameter. Suitable for applications with pressures of 100 PSI or higher.
