The TÜV-certified AVILOO Premium Battery Test provides a comprehensive and reliable assessment of your electric vehicle’s high-voltage battery. During the test, the battery’s actual usable capacity is measured under real driving conditions, and its State of Health (SoH) along with other key battery values are calculated. The result is a detailed overview of the battery’s current condition, ageing, and any potential hidden issues.

With the Premium Test, the high-voltage battery is discharged from full to approximately 10% charge over a period of up to seven days. During normal driving, the test device records important battery data including voltages, currents, temperatures, and other key operating parameters. The collected data is analyzed by the AVILOO system using both automated algorithms and expert review, and you will receive a detailed battery certificate by email within a few business days.

The FLASH Test is performed while the vehicle is stationary and requires no driving. Simply connect the device to your vehicle, and within a few minutes the necessary battery data is securely uploaded from the vehicle for AVILOO’s analysis.

 

You can purchase an AVILOO battery tests in two ways:

#1 Visit our workshop in Vantaa: Bring your vehicle to our workshop at ECU Helsinki, where our technicians will install the test device and assist you with the process.

#2 Rent the test device from our webshop: Order the AVILOO device online and perform the test yourself.

• Place your order online – The product availability shows the next available shipping date.
• We ship the AVILOO test device to you with complete instructions.
• Drive normally while the device records battery data. The rental period is 7 days for plug-in hybrids and 10 days for fully electric vehicles.
• Return the device after testing using the prepaid return label included in the package.
