The TÜV-certified AVILOO Premium Battery Test provides a comprehensive and reliable evaluation of your EV’s high-voltage battery. The test measures the battery’s true capacity during real-world driving and calculates its SOH (State of Health), giving you accurate insights into the current condition, including signs of aging or hidden faults.

How the Aviloo test works

During the test, the high-voltage battery is driven from full to nearly empty (around 10% charge) over a period of seven days. The device collects critical data during this time, such as voltage, current, temperature, and other key parameters. This data is analyzed by AVILOO’s automated systems and experts, and you’ll receive a detailed Battery Certificate via email within a couple of business days.

You can purchase the Premium Test in two ways:

#1 At our workshop in Vantaa: Bring your car to us, and our professionals will help you set up the test device.

#2 Rent the test device online: Order the test device from our webshop and perform the test yourself.

• Place an order online – Check the stock availability to see the next available delivery slot.
• We’ll send you the Aviloo test device along with detailed instructions.
• Drive as you normally would while the device collects data. Rental periods are 7 days for hybrids and 10 days for EVs.
• Return the device using the prepaid return label included in the package.

Tip: There’s also a more affordable and quicker Aviloo Flash Test (€95) available, which gives you an overview in no time. This can even be done during a test drive! Flash tests are performed on-site at our Vantaa workshop, often while you wait.
