Description

VTT produces one of the most complete N55, S55 crank hub solutions that does NOT require the crank to be drilled for pins. Easy and secure installation without compromising the rigidity of your crankshaft.

VTT hub uses an unique “Spline Lock” technology that relies on high tolerance machined splines that press into the crank, and positively lock the hub to the crank. VTT has spent many months testing, and retesting this design, utilizing well over 10 different samples to come to this latest production version. During testing, the final hub managed to break the manufacturers testing rig before slipping and giving up.

These units have been thoroughly tested on the bench and on the roads. On manufacturers N54 race car this same hub is spinning 8K RPM and making well over 900WHP. This technology means the hub installs the same as a stock hub, with no drilling of the crank, which means MUCH less labor is involved and is reversible is ever wanting to be uninstalled leaving no holes in the crank.

This unit always comes a as complete set, with oil pump sprocket fitted, and and VTT Crank Bolt Capture included in the set for maximum reliability.

VTT “Spline Lock” Crank hubs are CNC manufactured from 440C tool Steel with a Rockwell rating of HRC60 for the ultimate in durability, and toughness.

 

Important: THE CBC ARE DESIGNED TO BE USED WITH THE FACTORY CRANK BOLT ONLY, AND WILL NOT WORK WITH AN AFTERMARKET BOLT.
