Introducing Dorch’s latest advancement in direct-injection fueling technology, the DS25, crafted by the pioneers behind the world’s first B58 fueling upgrades. Building upon the success of the previous “Dorch Stage 2” (DS2), the DS25 represents new cutting-edge “Stage 2.5” solution. This redesigned pump has undergone a comprehensive overhaul, both externally and internally.
Externally, it features enhanced packaging, ensuring precise OEM hose routing to eliminate any interference during routine maintenance tasks such as coil pack or spark plug replacements. This kit seamlessly integrates without the need for cutting, bending, crimping, etc., ensuring a hassle-free installation with full DME control, just like the factory setup.
Internally, Dorch has reimagined the pressure chamber, adjusted spring rates, fine-tuned plunger depth, and optimized the pump’s volumetric efficiency. These enhancements translate to a heightened level of reliability and increased flow capacity, setting the DS25 as the pinnacle of B58 pump performance.
In practical terms, the DS25 offers the most dependable and high-flowing N55 pump available in the market, now with further improvements for enhanced reliability and increased flow. Notably, the DS25 is engineered to operate efficiently up to 250 bar, unlocking the full flow potential of upgraded DI injectors.

Installation
HPFP kit is relatively easy to fit, without need for special tools just the normal garage equipment and knowhow. Since we are still talking about fuel system, we do recommend an installation by professional.
Dorch pump needs adjustment for pump control in Engine Control Unit software – needed parameters are readily available from all the popular software providers such as MHD, BM3 and similar – but these can also be delivered to your tuner upon request.
