Akrapovič develops materials, structure and sound as one complete system. Months of development refine both performance and the sound character until everything is in tune. Manufacturing takes place in Akrapovič’s own facilities, with intricate cast components made in its own foundry. At Futurez, we have proudly served as an Akrapovič importer for over a decade.

The Slip-On Line for the BMW M3 F80 and M4 F82/F83 is made from titanium, with components cast in Akrapovič’s own foundry. Larger pipes than the stock exhaust reduce back pressure. Development focused on reducing weight and adding power, especially at lower engine speeds.

The sound highlights lower frequencies and a sporty tone. The included round, hand-crafted carbon fibre TP-CT/26 tailpipes complete the package. The Slip-On can later be extended with the separately sold titanium Evolution link pipe set.

The included TP-CT/26 tailpipes combine round, hand-crafted carbon fibre sleeves with sandblasted titanium inner sections. Their diameter is larger than the original tailpipes.

Power and torque figures are the manufacturer’s maximum gains at the stated engine speeds, rather than differences between peak engine outputs. The vehicle version and configuration affect the results achieved.

Fitment and points to consider

For BMW M3 F80 and M4 F82/F83 within the manufacturer’s listed non-OPF model years, including the M3/M4 CS versions according to Akrapovič. ECE approval is stated for the Slip-On configuration. The titanium TP-T/S/8 alternative mentioned by the manufacturer is discontinued, so this current-range package includes the TP-CT/26 carbon fibre set. Adding the Evolution link pipe makes the configuration intended for racetrack use.

Installation and setup

We recommend having your Akrapovič exhaust installed by an authorised Akrapovič dealer. Appropriate test equipment and software help verify correct exhaust operation, valve control and settings after installation.

We offer professional installation of Akrapovič products at our ECU Helsinki Customs workshop in Vantaa, Finland.
