Steeda Mustang Anti Roll Bars – Front & Rear

Adjustable front and rear anti-roll bars let you tune body roll and handling balance without relying solely on stiffer springs. Steeda developed the rates using vehicle-dynamics simulations and road/track testing.

Construction and adjustment

The front bar measures 35 mm and the current rear bar 25 mm. CNC-machined billet-steel ends are press-fitted and welded to reduce end deflection and fatigue. Bushes are included, and optional billet mounting brackets provide a stiffer mounting arrangement. Manufactured in the USA, with European ECE approval stated by Steeda.

There are four front adjustment holes and three rear holes. Steeda’s starting recommendation is the second front hole from the bar end and the middle rear hole. MagneRide cars cannot use the softest front setting because it contacts the original ride-height sensor.

Rear bar 555-1016 changed in late 2021 from 31.75 mm to 25 mm while retaining the intended stiffness. Earlier bars therefore require different-diameter mounting bushes.
