A CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminium replacement for the original cast A380 D-clutch drum, intended for 8HP builds with high line pressure and clutch load.

Technical details

Manufacturer quotes approximately 74–78 ksi tensile strength for 7075-T6 versus around 46 ksi for cast A380.
Hard-anodised surface helps resist deformation at the clutch tooth engagement.
This is a single internal transmission component, not a complete gearbox.
